WoodenBlockStamps(WBS) wants to provide mesmerising experience to it’s every single buyer and that is why our  return and refund policy is very simple.

Cancelation Procedure

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly try to cancel it before shipping,

 If you cancel your order before shipping, the complete transaction value will be refunded within 2 working days,

The shipping is absolutely free unless you change your mind and cancel it post despatch. If you change your mind and cancel the order post despatch then you will have to bear the shipment cost.


Refund Policy

Weat WBS Offer 100% Money Back Guarantee. If anything goes wrong and you decide to claim a refund, feel free to send it back to us (at your cost) us within 10 of the delivery date.

Unfortunately due to our Business nature and policies, currently we are not accepting refund post 10 days of the delivery.

WBS’ stamps are 100% handcarved, hence no two blocks are Identical. However there may be minor imperfections but these add to the charm of your authentic artisan carved wood block stamp and should not be considered as defective.

Kindly not that items sold during sale will not be refunded.

To exchange the item you need to notify us before shipping the order

We will replace the defective and damaged piece.

Kindly note that exchange can only happen between the items having the same cost.

We have kept the exchange policy so that you have stress free business with us.your price.  The same price should be for the other item.
